Attachment and Strengths-Based theories underpin my work. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach interwoven with mindfulness. Guided mindfulness, psychosensory, visualization, relaxation, and breathing techniques help to cultivate healthy mental, emotional, and physical states.
